• Products can be exchanged if there is any defect in the ones delivered. It can be done within 7 days of delivery, along with sufficient proof of defect.

• Unfortunately, the products can’t be returned and there is currently no refund policy in place. Efficient size charts are available for every product, make sure to go through them and select the one suitable for you before placing the order.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link/number will be provided to you, through which you can track the status of your order and the estimated delivery date.

We won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped. If there are any changes you would like to make before the order is shipped, kindly reach out to us via the provided contact number or email.

• Typically, it takes the order about 3-7 working days to be delivered. Delivery of your order may depend on different factors, such as your city, weather conditions, public holidays etc.
